Our refund policy allows you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. This gives you ample time to inspect the product and decide if it meets your expectations.

In order to be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be unworn or unused.
- The item must have all original tags attached.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
Please note that you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase when requesting a return.
Initiating a Return
To start a return, simply contact us at rednmshop@gmail.com. Our customer service team will guide you through the process and connect you with our courier. Please note that it takes 5-7 days to process a return or exchange request. Our courier will contact you by phone or SMS to schedule a pick-up.
Damages and Issues
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, our customer service team will be happy to guide you through the process and connect you with our courier. Exchanges take 5-7 days to process. Our courier will contact you by phone or SMS to schedule a delivery.
An alternative and faster way to get what you want is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
